How are the Permanent Eyebrows or Microblading Done?

Multi - Award Winner El Truchan discusses her microblading and permanent eyebrow technique that has clients travelling world wide to experience!

Permanent makeup also known as semi permanent makeup can create or redefine the shape of brows, fill in empty/sparse areas, thicken, extend, and create brows for clients who have lost all their brow hair. We offer a wide range of brow types including Microblading, Ombre Brows, Powder Brows and Nano Blading. Once you get in touch and we complete the pre screening process with the e- consultation, at this point you will be given upcoming availability for the treatment.

What to Expect

When you attend your treatment visit at our London clinics, a further consultation will walk you through the process and discuss any of your concerns as well as ensuring there is nothing new that could affect your treatment.

The first stage is to take pictures and videos of how your eyebrows currently look, this allows us to maintain visuals of your treatment journey with us. Don't worry, we will never use images of your full face for socials or marketing, but only the snipped of the treated areas.

Our seconds stage is a prenumb, followed by a;

Our third stage, which is often referred to as mapping, this is where we start to draw and shape using our exclusive technique that utilises the golden ratio for facial proportions to help achieve symmetry and sculpt the most flattering shape for your brows.

The fourth and final stage is the actual treatment, we apply a topical anaesthetics creams to assure that you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The pigments are nontoxic and are made specifically for medical and cosmetic micro pigmentation. The first six minutes on each eyebrow is a little bit uncomfortable. You'll feel a slightly uncomfortable scratchy sensation. It's totally bearable. No one has run away yet, honestly, it's not too painful. You will be asked to sit upright so we can ensure you’re happy with your brows. Finally, we will take some final pictures and videos for your records.

Aftercare

We will explain everything that you will be allowed to do or should be doing or not doing during your consultation part of the treatment as well as in the pre treatment forms. Do not let any water, lotion, soap, or makeup touch your eyebrow area during the first 12 days after your procedure. Please wash your face carefully around the eyebrow without getting water on the treated area. During the shower, keep your face away from the shower head or take a bath.

Generally, microblading aftercare lasts approx 12 days. The microblading healing process lasts 6 weeks, but the aftercare doesn't require that much time.
