El is a multi-award winning, Level 4 Accredited Microblading, Permanent Makeup, Scalp Micro Pigmentation (SMP), Medical Tattoo & Medical Micropigmentation, Micro-needling & Plasma Fibroblast Specialist; and one of the UK and International leading experts in Permanent Cosmetics.
She holds an Advanced & Elite Practitioner qualifications in Permanent Cosmetics, Scalp Micropigmentation and Medical Tattooing as well as an International Accreditation from The Society of Permanent Cosmetics Professionals; and been performing procedures since 2014. This is her full time profession.
She is a member of SPCP and the Royal Society of Medicine.
El is was also Trainer & Educator at Nouveau Contour & KB Pro Academy for Permanent Cosmetics and Microblading between 2015-2022 and resigned to assure she can concentrate all of her.
El performs Facial & Body Aesthetics procedures including Skin Tightening, Non Surgical Eyelids Lift, Wrinkle Therapy, Stretch Marks Reduction, Scar Relaxation & Rejuvenation, skin Tags Removal and Pigment Recovery Stimulation using Microneedling and Plasma Fibroblast methods.
El used to work as a Stockbroker in London (2006-2014) and because of her professional background, El better than anyone understands the need for a professional appearance of women and men alike. El specialises in Realism / Natural looking techniques but can also perfectly create any makeup style you might be after.

Dr Qian Xu

Dr Qian Xu splits her time between serving the public as an emergency medicine doctor and as a skin rejuvenation expert, training and practicing, helping patients to regain their confidence through the natural beauty of their skin.
As an Emergency Medic, Dr Xu was on the front lines in A&E working through the covid pandemic. Now she takes on a leadership role, developing and improving the training and support given to overseas doctors.
Outside of the hospital, Dr Xu is well respected as a medical trainer, having been one of the lead aesthetics trainers at Harley Academy, Dr Xu now sits on the Medical Advisory Board for the CCR, bringing together surgical and non-surgical medical aesthetics practitioners to learn best practice.
The Aesthetics Journal regularly features work written by Dr Xu promoting ethical practices and patient guidance for practitioners involved in aesthetics.

With this attitude to patients and skincare, Alumier MD have also appointed Dr Qian Xu to represent them as one of their skincare experts.
Alongside her pioneering work in skincare, Dr Xu has partnered with respected functional medical practitioner Dr Andrew Greenland to open the UK’s first medical led, full body, red light therapy clinic; Redjuvenate Medical. Redjuvenate Medical is where science and nature meet. Through the natural power of red light, Dr Xu is able to unlock the natural healing power within your body.

Natalia Kwiecinska has joined Perfect Definition as the Clinic Manager in 2021.
She started her career as a Physiotherapists and Sports Massage Therapists in 2006, working in hospitals, private clinics and football clubs. After 10 years of being a therapist she decided to change her carer path and pursue a managerial role in one of the busy West London’s clinics. It was a jump into a deep water, changing her uniform and therapy table for a pair of glasses and an office desk But, it was worth it! The new role, allowed her to gain new experiences as well as evolve her passion for teaching new therapists which she still does as a part time job.
Here at Perfect Definition, Natalia answers our lovely clients enquiries about Permanent Makeup and Medical Tattoos, help you with the bookings and manages the rest of the team. Although, If you have a question, about an injury or a back pain, she is happy to answer as well!
In her free time, Natalia follows her early age interest in classical music. She plays the piano and recently took on some opera singing lessons. It’s a form of active meditation, she says, helping her to get away from a very busy lifestyle. We hope to see her at the stage of Metropolitan Opera one day!
